My Story
Much of my career was in the sports and entertainment industry charged with putting “butts in seats” and striving to sell the “last seat in the house” to maximize gross potential. This was achieved through the creation of robust strategies, campaigns and promotion, successfully breaking attendance and revenue records, to convert stakeholders into long-lasting relationships (loyalty) and brand advocates (fans).
This experience has been translated to the dental sector's strategies and business matrix by putting "butts in chairs" to build patient bases and lifetime value. I am well aware that an empty chair means lost production.
Understanding the unique challenges that dentists face in marketing their practices, I have been dedicated to helping the dental space elevate their brands and attract more patients with a focus on innovation and growth, and committed to staying ahead in the dynamic dental industry.
I relish in what is possible when it comes to developing strategies and tactics for brands, understanding the “why” and turning that into the “how” is key to helping organizations and brands succeed.
